To have a thriving career as a yoga teacher, your first priority is to take care of yourself. Without making time for self-care the teaching journey can become unsustainable and less enjoyable, and will feel out of alignment with the principles that we teach. It is important for a teacher to model the tools that they are sharing with others and to find balance in giving to others and receiving nourishment themselves.
Join Liza Bertini and Michelle Dalbec, Co-Founders of The Thread Yoga Collective, as they share simple ways to support your teaching through well-being of mind, body, and soul.
In this session you will:
· Increase self-awareness and deep inner listening to identify your needs through visualization, reflection and journaling.
· Learn simple ways to nourish yourself that will help you refill your well and help you show up as your best self in teaching and in life.
· Create a personal self-care plan to support you.
Afterwards, feel energized and empowered to bolster the foundation of your business–your wellness.
